Core Structure and Principle of Cross Buckle Scaffold
Cross buckle scaffold, also known as right angle fastener, is composed of buckle seat, buckle cover and return wedge iron:
Buckle seat: 4 several-shaped steel bars are welded to form an annular bayonet, which can tightly engage the end of the steel pipe.
Fastening mechanism: after inserting the buckle cover into the buckle seat, rotate the back wedge iron 90 °, fix the steel pipe by using its inclined plane self-locking principle, and hammering the wide end can enhance the fastening force. When removing, reverse tap the narrow end to loosen without special tools.
Innovative design: Some models support 360 ° rotation function (such as universal rotating cross buckle), which can flexibly connect rods at any angle to meet the needs of complex structures.
